Straight answers
Does it cost anything to get a price?
No. Getting your price is free and there's no obligation to book. You only pay once you accept your price.
Who are the mechanics?
Independent mobile mechanics and garages who've registered with Rev-on and been checked by our team before they can take jobs.
Will the work be done at my house?
Wherever possible, yes. Many jobs can be done on your drive or at work. If you'd rather drop your motorcycle off, just tick Garage when you submit your job and we'll match you with a garage instead.
How quickly will I get my price?
We price and match jobs by hand during launch, so most riders hear back within one working day.
I've had an accident. Can you help?
Yes. Through our partner McAMS you can get a replacement motorcycle and help with your claim, usually when the accident wasn't your fault. Visit our "Had an accident?" page or call McAMS 24/7 on 0345 054 1000. For any repairs, get your price on Rev-on as normal.
How do I pay?
When you accept your price, you pay a small holding fee securely by card to secure your booking. It comes off your price, not on top, and you pay the rest to your mechanic when the job's done. If you cancel before a mechanic accepts, the holding fee is refunded in full.
